Back in late 2018, we kept hearing the same frustration from business clients: "Beautiful flowers, but they arrived after the meeting ended." That's when we realized we weren't just arranging flowers—we were shaping moments that could influence professional relationships.
The Timing Revolution We Stumbled Into
Our breakthrough came from a panicked client in 2022. Their crucial investor meeting was moved up by a few hours, and they needed arrangements delivered to match. Instead of saying "impossible," our team developed what we now call "flex-timing"—arrangements designed to look perfect whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
